not really too accessable!

OK so I had a bit of a gaming session just then, and had been going to audiogames.net to seek out some old familiar games. I saw the Freedom games (www.themillionweb.com) site and went to that and was
appalled. I haven't been there for over a year but today I was just amazed to find the site (www.themillionweb.com) clutted with all this advertising.
In a way I think it's good that our community is being targetted the same as everyone else, but at the same time, it was so bad that I could not find anything on there. Sure, I found the links to "freedom wheel-a-fortune", etc. but I clicked on them and could not find the download links!
If we are going to be the target of advertising too, it needs to be presented differently I think. I just couldn't believe what I saw. You'd think that these web site developpers would be very much more concerned since there's so much talk about "web site accessability". Now unless "www.audiogames.net" linked to the wrong site, I have to say how surprised I am.
I have been on similar blindy sites, but not as bad as that one!
Adds, immediately on a blindy site just make me go "alt F4" within about five mins of me not even being able to find the download link of what I want. Yes, impatient maybe, but I wouldn't have thought to expect this rubbish on a blindy-specific site.
Thanks and I think I feel better now! or something.

Hi. They changed it to www.themillionweb.net.

hmmm so it is, though it's strange as .com clearly still does exist! Lol

What probably happened was:

1. The owner of the site forgot to renew his domain name subscription for themillionweb.com.

2. An unscrupulous party purchases the vacated domain name.

3. Said party redirects the domain name to a site comprised of multiple advertisements, with trace elements of the original website.

4. The unscrupulous party may now say to the original owner: If you want your domain name back, pay us $8,000.

Well I can get to themillionweb.net but when I click on a link, for example the speech synthesizer songs, it says cannot find server.

Yeah a lot of the links are broken including the one mentioned above, and I can not find the freedom chat download anywhere.

You only want that if you want to be subjected to drama and who fucks who, oh wait... you're on the zone, my mistake.

LOL! If you can't download freedom chat, you could download mirc and connect to The Million Web's IRC network, though I don't even know if they've changed that over yet.
